Result: With our help, the tax liabilities of the trading holding company were recalculated in such a way that the total amount of additional assessments remaining in the decision of the tax authority did not exceed 5% of the amount initially stated in the audit report.

Task: The project was complicated by the fact that the assets were equally owned by the former spouses, which required (1) selling a commercial property in London (owned equally by the spouses), purchasing 50% of the company's shares in the BVI from the Client's spouse, and acquiring full control over the land plot in Portugal by acquiring the Client's former spouse's 50% share.
